Returns & Refund

Money-back returns are available with the original receipt. We will accept items returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging with any instructions or other materials that came with the item.  Store credit will be issued if the returned item is missing any of the original packaging/tags &/or the original receipt is not provided. We will not accept any item that shows any sign of wear. 

Open food returns will be determined on a case by case basis.  

All products offered by Ruff House Dog & Bath have a 30-day money back guarantee. BEFORE issuing credit or a replacement product, Ruff House Dog & Bath will work with the customer in an attempt to figure out why the product is not meeting the customer’s expectation. Store credits will be issued at Management’s discretion.

• All Hemp Products & Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
• All returned checks will incur a $25 return check fee.
